If your credit obligation has gone to a credit collection agency; we will show you how to deal with that agency. Similar steps will be shared based on judgments (judgements) on your credit report, charge offs (chargeoffs), delinquencies, late payments, collection accounts, or other negative items.

Removing Negative Items

Trying to remove negative items is no guarantee that you will no longer be responsible for paying those items. Only if some sort of error on your credit report has been made, you may be able to get away with not paying your credit obligations. According to one study, as many as 80% of all credit reports contain errors. However, there is now some dispute about this statistic, and some groups claim that only as few as 2% of credit reports contain critical errors.
